Hey All! As a full time web designer, I have my annual review coming up. Does anyone have any opinion of what is a "normal" amount of work a webdesigner is expected to produce? I've produced some 60+ sites since the beginning of the year. I've argued with my employer that this is far more than most other web designers do, but he seems to think this is just normal. These are high quality sites with an average size of about 15-50 pages, a handfull are 100% flash based, and a majority has some sort of DHMTL dropdown navigation. Some also have dynamic content. So, am I doing a great job, or am I just average? thanks! :)
