His page was just so nice it deserved the best I could give. But with your agreement, I want now to make it a tut and a free code snippet. It has become part of a tut series about javascript compatibility I decided to put together. After I wrote your script, I put together a couple of other samples and found Opera-friendly coding techniques (avoiding clipping & some other css attributes).
