I always liked doing this kind of stuff. At VISI we used to have a competition going on, where we all would grab pictures of each other (I always posted a bunch from our big get-togethers) and work them into embarrassing places. My friend Doug became "Dougbert", I found myself in an intel bunny-suit, our SysAdmin and his Humer One always seemed to show up as Xena and Gabriel. My favorite technique was to work somewhat backwards - what I would do is place the face I wanted to add on the layer *underneath* the picture I wanted to morph in, and then I would work on a mask of the original image, slowly nipping away at the old face, this allowed me to back up and add a bit more of it if needed. We'll see who I do this to tonight, heh heh.
