Short answer:
It sucks. It sucks in 150 thousand different ways.
Long answer:
I noticed the entire page, the entire sight is all images. While I can appreciate the desire for that kind of control over your text, the cost is high in maintenence and bandwidth.
I also noticed your whole site is done with ImageReady. While ImageReady is a pretty cool program that can do some nice things, making web sites is not one of its strong points.
My suggestion to you is, get out your trusty text editor (notepad, or equivalent) and try writing your own HTML. Start with something simple. Maybe a headline, a few paragraphs of text, a couple of hyperlinks and an image. Don't worry about colors or fonts or borders or positioning...just get something on the screen.
Once you're comfortable with that, we can start working on colors, fonts, sizes, etc...before you know it you'll be writing fully dynamic, interactive sites that look great...but let's slow down.
You have to learn to walk before you can run...keeping with that analogy, right now you are watching someone else crawl. Get out your text editor, put something super-simple together, and post it up in the HTML forum. Ask whatever questions you have, spend the time and energy to really learn what you want to do from the ground up.
Most everybody here is very helpful and will answer any questions you have and provide wisdom and advice...as long as you are willing to put in the work too.
Oh, and btw, welcome to the Asylum.
