The new Terminator 3 site goes live!

I am really impressed. It seems that whoever made this site has a very strong hold on getting flash to interpret database information, grab dynmic images and so on so that each section appears seamless. I was very suprised to see a comment box for each individual photograph, movie clip, et cetera. Make your posts now while you can, I say! What do you all think? Could you pull some of this stuff off? Anything you would have done differently? Anything that really takes you by suprise or takes your breath away?

Yeah its snazzy. But Im waiting for the official trailer to come out, they said it would be out early Dec.

According to the peeps in the comment boxes, and at cgtalk, the trailer is going to be shown before the new Lord of the Rings! =D

hmm... I think it is about time to watch the first 2 movies... yah... could be a good idea. This film will be much better than anyting he has made in the last 5 years... please? I hope?

I for one.. cant wait for the next Indiana Jones movie... but thats a different topic.

Oh, yeah, watch the first two movies. I saw them for the first time last year and they're really very good. The first one has a cool concept behind it, and the second one has amazing special effects for the time (even now they look impressive). The special effects in the first one, unfortunately, are laughable at parts =)

But if this third one is bad, I called it. The new terminator is female. That alone doesn't mean much, but it sounds to me like they're just trying to make some money off of the success of the earlier ones.

I much preferred the story behind the first one, but the first one was definitely stronger in the effects department (in other words, I'm with Slime).

Bah, time travel and humanoid robots are so 1980. A 20xx version won't ever live up to the tackyness of the 80's films.
