ok here's the real time that i really need help for my Ozoneasylum.com sig....as you know lots of people are telling me to change it and make it smaller...I'm just wandering where could i make a name sig?

Not sure I understand the question..Most of us use Photoshop or maybe PaintShop Pro and translate our imaginations into graphics..

I dunt understand that question. You would make one... on your computer in a graphics program.

                                     

You may notice that it's not necessary to actually *have* a sig.

It's perfectly acceptable to not have one, and in fact many people don't.

i've lost something, and no matter where i look (and i've checked all yannah's threads, believe me), i can't seem to find it.

...so if anyone can find the bloody point, please tell me.

and while you're at it, if you manage to find any sense whatsoever, i would love to know about it.

Yannah : Do you have Photo Shop or PSP or some type of graphic program? I'm not sure if you do and if not then why so many post here about so many topics yet not learning graphics. If you want to spend time here make use of it and apply that time to learning graphics. That is what the Asylum is all about.

IF you have a graphics program. Then maybe think on what you want for a sig first. If you run into some problems then ask in the photoshop area for help. People are willing to help each other just not do it for them. That's NOT how you learn.

Yannah, Make something simple, with your name on it... only 15 pixels high... and less than 300 wide. Try to use a GIF and make it transparent.

No, I think she's (it is she, right?) being laughed at a lot more than she's laughing. Here she's asking a very legitimate question and only a few posts have really tried to be helpful.

Yannah, follow eyezaer's advice. Start with something very simple, and then work with it. Sigs can actually be quite difficult for beginners, because they involve a basic understanding of the .gif file format and transparency.

So put something small and simple together, and then post it in the "big sig" forum and we'll give you suggestions.

Yannah .. your a real rough one .. and ummm .. well .. ahhh nevermind .. I have a feeling you'll turn out ok .. but hey please know that you are at a graphically enchanced forum were ALL the inmates are either new or experienced in photoshop or any other graphic creation software .. so if you don't have one .. get one .. not to be rude bro but all the posts that I open of yours make you look very ummm .. what's the word .. ignorant .. ignorant to what the asylum focus is all about .. graphics and programing

Here's some on what...most sigs are a reflection of oneself...so, anything that brings Yannah to mind...and the only thing right now that comes to mind...is Reitsma's head, with blood running down it...hehe...or maybe just a brick wall, with a blood spatter and a 'Reitsma was here' and Yannah written on it? Yeah, that's not bad...

I, for one, don't understand why this doesn't belong in the sig forum...

As for creating a sig, Yannah, just fire up the graphic program of your choice, whip something up, drop it in the Big Sigs forum, and we'll rip it to shreds for ya.

Seriously, though, when you get an idea, run with it, and then run it by us for some more ideas.

And, of course, as DL said, you don't need to have a sig...

Ok...to your sig. It's too big...size it down. Also, the text is hard to read...the color of the text disappears into the background...fix it. Try to use colors that go with the ones in the Asylum (you know, that tasty orange and dark brown...) or compliments of those...but try to keep it simple on your attempts...maybe the pic on the right side, with the text written small and your name...also, we normally use transparency here...that means a .GIF graphic.
