You have to wait a day or so... and make sure you are searching the right stats. I had been sending out OGR stats, and trying to find my name in the RC4 stats... doesn't work that way.

I found the problem see it was running rc5 last on the list and was running all 4. Now its like this.
[parameters]
id=bynevex@earthlink.net

[logging]
log-file=crunch.log
log-file-type=rotate

[triggers]
pause-on-high-cpu-temp=yes

[misc]
project-priority=RC5,

[rc5]
randomprefix=88

For some reason the "," is needed after the rc5 on mine.

Thanks for the comments - I can wait.

This is an interesting experiment to show what kind of power can be assembled by the Asylum (there are after all 1400+ people here - a small percentage of them all doing the same thing would be quite something) but the possibilities are far more intriguing. It would also be a nice touch if as a community we could help Inmates with occasional big processing requirements (if that is possible). They make some of their code available:
http://www.distributed.net/source

and they may be open to its uses in other projects. However, I don't know anything about the logistics of such things so it might all be unworkable (then again that's partly what this forum is about!!).

Perhaps (as has been said) a new forum (distributed processing) might be a good idea to throw around ideas and provided updates on Team Asylum's progress (I only stumbled across this obscurely titled posting by accident).

Just a thought.
