Just curious, what is the title breakdown for posts here. IE. Maniac, Lunatic, ect. How many posts to each title? Anyone know?

Jackal:
I think it was explained in another thread but Im fairly sure everyone starts out a maniac. Little by little after hanging around the asylum you get a little more "odd" untill after so many posts you turn into a lunatic. Once the Doc realizes your absolutely nuts and your a moderator of a section then you become a Pshycotic(sp?). Mad Scientists are reserved for the truely mad, hence then name. We're not really mad though. Just a little bitter. Actually it should be Angry Scientists because like any good english teacher will tell ya: "Dogs get mad, people get Angry".

Start as a Neurotic, then after 30 post (I think) you become a maniac. Then you become a Lunatic, after 50 or 60 posts? I'm not sure.. but after about 300 you become a Psychotic. And the mad scientist thing was explained adequately by Jestah.

Hullo, I'm neurotic, pleased to meet you.

So I should post 30 more of these to relieve my neurosis? Is that what you're saying? If it was only that easy...

Now wait... the longer you are here the deeper into dementia you fall right? Different levels but definitely deeper. I'm not sure I should be here then.

I will return! Woody Allen is neurotic and I can't stand Woody Allen so I hafta come back until I've shaken that title at least. Can I get someone to back me here? Does Woody Allen suck or am I just out 'bicycling'?

Im not really sure either way about Woody Allen, Ive never really seen any of his work ... except the news, does that count? Cause his acting could have been better and the scripts werent overly great.

To be honest I've not seen much either, for some reason he makes me find something else to watch, fast. Probably his neurosis, he seems a little whiny and nervous, either trait I can tolerate but both together? Mom said "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything". So.. how 'bout that Photoshop... <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/wink.gif">

Jestah! - good to meet you. A couple of questions:

1)I've hung out enough to know that the green drip is a slimie but how did it get there? I didn't specify anything, it just showed up.
2)How in the heck is it that you've never seen a Star Wars movie?!?!?

The only thing i know about woody allen, is hes a sick fu*ker, there was a big special a few years back. He's got like 7 adopted kids or some shit. And the oldest was like 17, she was chinese, and his wife said she went into his room and found pictures of her naked with her legs spread. Im not sure if there were other children things, but im pretty sure there were. I think thats what the hso was about.

Nice to meet ya too JK, can I call you that?

Alright well anyway, next time you post take a look to the left of the text box and theres 2 links. UBB code is ON and Slimies Legend. That gives you the list of different faces. The one you did was called big grin. You hit the ':' and the 'D' of course without the 's

Ive never seen a full Star Wars movie. Ive seen bits and peices of the first one and maybe the second. I heard Episode 1 sucked big hairy African moose balls so I never even thought about seeing that. Hey! Maybe at the Ozones.con we should rent them and watch!!

You have simply GOT to rent the Star Wars films at the conference. They RULE!! I can remember going to see Jedi at the cinema as a kid and it blew me away, been a fan ever since. (Agree about episode 1 though. It didn't suck too bad but bad enough not to want to buy the video)

I so want to come to the conference! Why does the USA have to be so far away.

Does anyone know of a tutorial for making a teleportation machine???

jestah...like I said before....you need help!

Never seen a Star Wars movie?!??

of course you're probably too young to have seen them in the theater originally huh?

as far as episode 1, well it depends greatly on your having seen the rest and being familiar with them, because there are a lot of inside jokes and a lot of things that tie in with not only the original movies, but some outside story lines from the books and stuff (I never read any of the books, but a lot of the stuff has become more or less common knowledge). I think it kicked ass personally <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/biggrin.gif">

I don't even know what this thread was supposed to be about <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/eek.gif">

DL: You mean this thread isnt about me not seeing Star Wars? Alright that settles it. For the conference, Im bringing a TV and VCR and renting the Star Wars movies ... how many are there again? When did the original ones come out? Remember Im only 17 so I was deffinatly too young to see them in the theater. Alright well Im done talking about Star Wars ... so hows everybodys week? In case some of you havent noticed I like to go off topic a lot ...

17 and too young to have seen them in the theatres? my brother is 18 and i took him to go see them when they got rereleased in theatres with all the special effects and crap. we watched all 3 movies in a row :-)

i learned one thing from that... movie theatre seats arent all *that* comfortable if you sit in them long enough.

Now, I'm not an old fart like DL, but I have seen the originals in the theatre... but I don't remember them that well. So there.

Since then, of course, I've purchased the two re-releases as well as the original. GOtta watch those movies once in a while to re-affirm my humanity.

Jestah, you may call me JK. In the strange names thread I was tempted to explain my weird handle but it's just not that weird. JK=just kidding and Mabry is my nephew's maiden name.

I saw the original Star Wars in the theater after standing in a line the length of a city block. The serpent thingie in the garbage compactor scared the bejabbers outta me but since I've watched the re-release - super-cheesey. Anybody ever notice that Darth Vader's cape in the original movie is held together at the neck area with not-so-futuristic looking piece of chain. Maybe that's only visible on my life-size Darth cut-out...

Star Wars definitely aren't movies you're supposed to wait to be old enough to see... you can watch them maybe around 8 years old without having to worry about seeing anything "bad." There's a *little* violence, if you call it violence, but overall it's fine! If you haven't seen the movies, see them soon!
