Galaxal,

Behind Delphi is Object Pascal language.

Oracle is database server.

As far as ColdFusion is concerned, ask Allaire why they made it.

BTW It is PERL - not peArl!

I went to brainbench and took the Photoshop test. According to the results I should quit my job and start digging ditches. In other words I didn't even pass. I've never done well with tests anyway, I always had to study my ass off all day every day, to do well.
Of course, I didn't find any of the answers in the first question aceptable, and it kind of went downhill from there.

The question was: Your client has given you a badly scanned image of his company logo, with rough edges and disconnected pixels.

The answers were select one of these filters / combination of filters you would use to make the image smoother.
My answer is I wouldn't use a filter, I'd use the pen tool, and make paths to make a smooth image. But I use Photoshop for a living, I don't take tests for a living, I guess thats a good thing.

But I guess its hard to accurately say how tallented someone is with an art program, becuase the quality of art is all a matter of oppinion.

They said my strenghts included (among other things) Forms....which is absurd because I guessed at 3/4 of the forms wuestions

gonna try the PS test now..although I don't have 5.5....just 5.0 -- see if that matters much

ok so I just took the PS5.5 test....

didn't get the question that you got F1, but i would do the same thing with the pen tool....

I think that the tests are screwed up 'cause I just got a "master" rating, and I was a little clueless....some thing about densitizationoscopy or something? The whole time I was taking the test I was thinking "damn, I suck! I really need to go throught the help files or get a book!"

thank god for multiple choice exams! I would seroiously flunk out of school if it were not for them.....

I probably should not show this to the boss, considering that I work with scannings, colour-adjusting and calibration. Not so good then to have colours as my weak area

This does feel like a rather randmon test though, where my score would vary much from time to time.

Oh no, you beat me by one Dan. I got 161. But then the fact that I am up at 7.30 a sunday morning to do an iq test probably is not a sign of a very high iq

162 is not very high for a mad scientist though, is it? I would expect at least 200...

I'll just blame my lower score on the fact that English is not my first language. And those questions involving quarters and dimes and ounces and pounds took me quite a while to figure out.

Those IQ tests that base your IQ on a set system of questions and a timed exam are bogus. To truely get your IQ you need to sit down with a trained professional. Scores on internet IQ tests have been shown to fluctuate by as much as 50 points.

I got a 187 but I don't know what my real IQ is. The last time I took an IQ test was in 2nd grade to qualify for the acclerated program.

btw: you can easily cheat the icq-test by doing all the tasks practically meanwhile the test. 180secs are enough for each one!
