Usually Doc has pretty simple URLs.

Try something like www.ozones.com/cams/ or www.ozones.com/webcams/

All *seven* cams can be found at http://primalshape.com/cams/ good luck seeing Doc tho. I never see him on there, I dunno how Shiz got all those pics of him for the Doc's Holiday story ( http://www.tryptych.net/docs_asylum_holiday/ ), maybe she's obsessed.

Heh heh. I seem to *always* be here, where are you guys? <g> I tested the newest webcam, the Quickcam Pro 3000, and we liked it so much I had to get one for Malin too, she got jealous! Hmm, but now we have some silly stupid conflict with the PCTV card that the Sony cam plugs into, maybe the new Quickcam sound preferences it over-wrote for us? Nice software. From somewhere south of Hell. Or maybe dnorth of Detroit, isn't hell cold?

Still, the new QC 3000 *really* rocks in terms of quality! It's the first and only time my bright red lumberjack shirt comes off as red, usually the cams see it as pink at best. I really need to move those cams over to the ozones page where people expect them to be, heh.

Oh! Don't miss the work cam too, available from the new webpages (much simlified) at http://www.primalcontent.com/ - Sorry if the cam seldom points at me, it's hooked to my machine and mostly catches the door and my partner Matti.

Interesting site doc!

I just might call you later this spring regarding some content providing for our site to spice things up a bit.

(If I can get past the political conflict of you guys running SUN servers )

Who makes QuickCam Pro 3000 and is it available for the PC?

The Quickcam Pro 3000 is from Logitech, and costs about $99 or so, depnding on where you shop. It's designed for Windows, and has drivers for Windows 2000, a good thing IMHO! Hmm, the box says Win98 and ME are supported as well. It's a USB cam, so it gets good throughput, but the driver is super ineffecient and hogs 71% of the USB capacity, which might affect other hardwares (like those other 6 cams, heh.) The guys over at SUN up north of Stockholm just *love* our cam at work, they think it is neato-keen. The biggest problem to rnning one of these things from work is not to get it hooked to the server, never a good security risk and the cable be too short, but to get them to open a hole in the firewall so your desktop machine can be a crippled video server. (I typically *insist* on this if I have to work for somebody else; no firewall hole, no doc, end of story.) I dislike security, it hampers my creativity. (Pays to be a prima donna!)
