it's been pointed out to me that if you go to http://www.google.com and search 'dumb motherfucker', the first link you get is quite humorous....

Hah! That was great, wonder how they did that? Here's another one I find funny, go to the english AltaVista site at http://www.altavista.co.uk/ and search for the word "Swedish". The search yields nothing but stupid boring websites, but the surprise along the way! I'm trying to get some swedish journalists intersted in tackling this one, heh heh.

Heh. Great one boudga!

Hadn't seen that one before.

Doc, I think Computer Sweden and also Aftonbladet ran a story about that before Christmas.

AltaVista Sweden was apparently not too happy about it's brittish counterpart

The Nursing Home
----------------

One day a family brings their frail, elderly mother to a nursing home and leaves her, hoping she will be well cared for.
The next morning, the nurses bathe her, feed her a tasty breakfast and set her in a chair at a window overlooking a lovely flower garden. She seems OK, but after a while she slowly starts to lean over sideways in her chair. Two attentive nurses immediately rush up to catch her and straighten her up.
Again she seems OK, but after a while she starts to tilt to the other side. The nurses rush back and once more bring her back upright. This goes on all morning.
Later the family arrives to see how the old woman is adjusting to her new home. ?So Ma, how is it here? Are they treating you good??, they ask.
It?s pretty nice,? she replies. ?Except they won?t let you fart.?

What I want to know, was this a "hack", or a legitimately clever misuse of the "submit your site" option? If the latter, I'd be curious to know just how they did it, nice to know how to assure you get #1 ranking on the search engines! If anyone finds any info on the "how" of tthis hack, lemme know, will you? Enquiring minds wanna know!
