Hey shiiizam, (hello! ) how did you skinned your icq? It's so coooooolll!

Or go to http://www.download.com and run a search for a program called ICQ Plus. That'll get you started.

I use icq plus and that allows you to use skins. You can just download plus from here http://icqskins.anyskins.com/ then get all the skins you want.

The one I am using right now is called Incorporated1

I also use winamp skins. I have like 2 of each that I like. The thing to remember with icq skins is keep it simple so that your list is still easy to read.
