It melted into a colorful blob of plastic. I think I'll keep the cartonage in which it came and nail it on my wall. Or maybe I should take the pill first? *shrugs*
Anyway, I think I'll need a new mouse. Any suggestions? I think I want something radical. Something that has the features of a Boomslang and costs half of it

I dunno. I think I'm gonna slam my head into the next best dune until VP has mopped it all up...

I've heard Boomslangs suck, but then I hang out with gamers too much (being one myself) so that probably doesn't apply to graphic design and such. My Logitech Optical mouse has 3 buttons, fits my hand perfectly, and was only 25 bucks

whoa the same thing happen to me about 3 weeks ago...

i think my mobile did it honestly. it rang right next to my mouse...the cursor started going wild on my screen, pop up windows eveywhere...and then my mouse was dead.

lesson learned:

"do not keep a mobile next to your optical mouse."

Odd. I don't keep a mobile near my comp. But I had IE open and it somehow crashed when I was trying to load a java applet on a graphic site. I turned it down via task manager, and that was when the light went out...

hmm, you guys got me worried... I got one of them... 4 buttons and a scroller thingy. If you turn it over it still flashes ya. I dont want 'er to die... maybe i should just go to bed... 800 posts and i am talking about luminescent mice.... geez.... leem me at those black pillS!!!!!!!!!

yep...that is the one that i had....4 buttons and a scroller thing....keep that baby alive eyezaer, i got quite a shock going back to 2 buttons and no scroller thing. i'm gonna have to make a trip over to the optical mouse adoption center.....
