there were a few requests for these versions. im not sure which 99b version it is (or if there are multiple versions), but 99a is build 1800, which is the last one they released.

I am using ICQ 2000b Beta v.4.63 right now. One thing people complain about with this version is the banner ads. Well to that I say... http://www.lostuniverse.org/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1

Just down load this little program and just like magic the ads are gone. Works great.

i am told that icq99b did away with "export address book", and only the 99a versions or lower have it. aside from that, the 99 versions are smaller, load faster, have less bloated plugins, and already *dont* have banner ads.

I'll get that 99b a little later. Mine went away when my 'puter died this week. Right now, download speed from the server is 324 Bytes per second. Must have lots of traffic!
