Yes, another year passes by, much like the wind, where *does* the time go? A year ago I was working with marchFIRST, my resignation was still a month off, and Matti and I were hard at work on our business plan, alkready presenting to investors. (We kept telling people, wireless will be big, but WAP will flop. Nobody wanted to hear that, heh.) I've been to Egypt and Amsterdam, acquired three or five new cams, and *still* haven't re-done the front page to my website, though I've designed a few others from scratch. My littlest baby kitten "Adobe" is now not so little and not such a baby, how did that happen? (I want a cat that will stay a kitten, they're so *cute*!) Several friends got married, several more had kids of their own, and marchFIRST went Chapter 7. My stock portfolio (I've een saving since I was 25) went WAY way up, and then crashed and burned, though not too badly, I was spread around a lot, investing in boring pharmaceuticals and banking, etc... We hung up bookshelves in the living room and painted both the kitchen and that room, but haven't done much else with the flat, sigh. The Asylum grew from just a couple hundred to over a thousand, this site is probably my best accomplishment during this last year, think of that!

All in all, a good year; I'm content. Thanks for sharing it with me!

Sorry 'bout the name doc. My birthday is october 27th...I'm turning 18, When I finish my Year 12 VCE (that being Victorian Certificate of Education) and have a huge party with lots of drinking, which I couldn't do anyway, I will still be 17. FUCK! Oh well.

I had a birthday once. Hated it. So, instead, I stopped having them. In the place of birthdays, I now just drink. So, everyday, essentially, is a birthday.

Approaching the 4-0 myself in a couple of months, I know what you mean about the time flying by. It seems every new year goes by faster.

I'm glad you can look back at it and say you've had a good year. I'm not sure too many people would say that about themselves. I know my year has been a better one because of your knowledge, and your willingness to share it.
