Preserved Topic: Don't Put Off Till Tomorrow... (Page 1 of 1)

So, I've got this markerboard, right? And I write things on it that I need to get done and erase them when I do them. And as the thing was getting kind of messy and disorganized, I took a moment to copy it all down and rewrite it a little less sloppily back on the markerboard. As I did so, I began to realize that 4 out of 5 things had been there for a long time. (Some of them had been there long enough that they wouldn't erase without spit.)

So, I took some time yesterday to get done all the little things I've been putting off. It amazed me that I got most of them done, collectively, within an hour. The stack of things on my desk to be filed: gone. Some images on my site: updated. A box of junk under my desk: sorted.

So, here is my challenge to you. Make your own list from your own markerboard or scrap piece of paper or the Post-its stuck to your monitor and post a list here the things you've been putting off. I then give you exactly one week from your post to report back that the list is complete.

No more procrastination! (And don't post anything like, "Good idea; I'll post my list later." I already thought of that, smartass.)

What if they are conflicting like: spend more time with the family then a list of 5 web sites that need updating after I get off of work in the evening?

Good challenge though, real good. I'll look into it when I get home to me markerboard.
