How can anyone resist a 3200x1200 desktop across two 20inch NEC deliciously fine monitors? I'm tempted to go with three monitors but I don't have enough room on my desk. At first it takes a second to get used to it, especially with a wacom but afterwards there's no turning back. Any smaller just seems cluttered.

Congrats Taxon. So are you going to team up with DocCyber and make some eqyptian horse-people sigs in the land of 2 many monitors? Tee Hee. I think a good use for some of these stupid sledgehammers would be to bash in a few of the feebleminds on this thread. Especially those who have "had the 2 monitor set-up for awhile now." Because GOD KNOWS that if they didn't post it on the forums they wouldn't be cool in their own eyes...

Sort of oboi. It's actually like having one really long desktop. So, you have each monitor at 1024x768 and your total desktop size would be 2048x768. Also, the card taxon and I have has software that allows you to have multiple desktops and switch between them. It's called hydravision, but I haven't used it much because I never had the need and it takes too long to disable when I want to play games.
