Hey JK, what program did you use to compress those vids of Jacob on your website?

looks like wmv to me.
check out microsofts movie maker! (coming with winME)

Premiere 6.0

It's an extremly good upgrade from 5.1. It has a compress for web feature with this release that's really feature packed with a whole myriad of A/V compression options so you can really tailor the final product to be as small as possible depending on the features of your clip, movement, quality, audio.. etc.
