Don't you gotta ask Doc to get on the web ring and have your site reviewed? |

No no no, it's not a "special" thing at all. One just contacts the Doc about these things and I believe he is the one that adds to the ring. I think you need to add the links to your homepage first though. |

Hiya Cheney! Sorry for the delay, I'm a slacker, and didn't get around to updating you until just now, after I read this message, heh. I think we have a few people who have hung out at the DBM forums in the past, though I don't go there too often, I hear it can be a harsh place? Keeping a place like this livable takes a lot of attention, if you ignore it for a month the script-kiddies would take over! We've got a lot of good people who work real hard to keep this place on a good level, with very few rules ever becoming necessary. A couple of rules we *do* have, no "warez" talk, some folks may use them (we're not total hypocrites! but we frown on requests for serial numbers or pointers to obvious warez sites, we're supposed to be professionals! We're also fortunate to have a a good mix of different kinds of people, male and female, young (sometimes *quite* young) and old, multi-national and ethnic, etc... so we also try and keep the place somewhat PG and porno-free, heh. |

Thanks for all the attention guys. Its nice to hear from you Doc. You were one of my first digital arts idols. I remember back in the day when you, Mark (DBM), Kelly (Topaz), Phong, and WebcorpFX were the guys who completely ran the scene like lil webdesign gods. All five that I mentioned were like my idols for a great long while from the time I started in Jan 98' until the scene started to change. Its just so cool to finally hear from you. Ironicly enough I meet Rob Bennet who is the guy from WebcorpFX (another one of the five mentioned above) just yesterday. |

I remember Andyart and InfiniteFish. InfiniteFish was another one. I choose not to list that site because I did not discover it so early as the others. I never really spent much time at Andyart though. |

Mmm, I remember those days, when we got to stride around this digital landscape like pint-sized giants, kings of a nearly barren digital landscape, heh. Funny,, I think only Andy of AndyArt was around at the dawn of things when I started, Scott of InfiniteFish and Anson of Phong, I can still remember their first pages, special times they was! (fights back a tear... :-) Yah, those were the days, sigh... |
