Preserved Topic: P2P File Sharing Program (Page 1 of 1)

Has anybody heard of a file sharing program called luthormart, because I've searched everywhere on the internet and can't find it. It comes highly reccommended from a friend and was wondering if anyone knew the exact spelling or where to get it?

I have never heard of program with that name. You should ask your friend to give you the web address, or correct name...

Can't say I've heard of the particular program but you should try searching CNET.

Careful where you go with this thread though CF. You've been warned plenty of times already. Talking about a P2P client is one thing, just pay attention to whats being said.

Hmmm...my friend has told me that the name was luthormart several times, and he says that was the correct spelling. He couldn't give me the web address because his Dad had downloaded it. Just wanted to know if anyone had heard of it.

If he still has that program, he can easily find out the web address by going to Help / About (all programs have about box, heh)...

He finally figured out what the program was and told me: He was using CuteFTP to connect to an FTP server called Luthormart. Stupid him. Stupid me. Hmm...this could get too much into the piracy shit...It's best to lock it i think.

Yes very nice sig. it is almost as good as mine. i can't help it i was just born with out an artistic talent. i also didn't get alot of things like a good nak for speeling(sp?). SO..... i think that trustno1 has a great sig not the best and it could be alot better but it is ok and that is goodenuff(sp?) for MEEEE!!!!!!

why telnet?
either use the built in ftp functions of explorer.exe or type ftp at your command prompt!

I use an FTP program because you can set a lot more options that typing FTP into IE and/or using explorer

Since everyone's suggesting things...use mokey feaces for FTP operations why don't yah?
