Grumble, I'm on Win2k now, but I know how to disable ctrl-alt-del for w9x/me via SystemParametersInfo() windows api. |

grumble: just out of curiosity, do you really want to disable ctrl+alt+del? because it can get quite frustrating not to be able to close a 'misbehaving' program. especially with win9x/me |

that will be a public/kiosk pc with only one single application running. the application already prevents alt+f4 and others. now the only thing remaining was ctrl+alt+del. |
