What do you guys do when you are bored and have nothing to do at all?

I've found it is very possible to be bored senseless while at the same time you have an ungodly number of things to get done. Like me right now...

But when I'm bored I try and find something new to do or learn. Which is actually how I stumbled into this looney bin. Since then, whenever I get bored, I end up here. I don't know how it happens, but it always does, no matter how hard I try to occupy myself elsewhere. Last night I finally dl'd The GIMP, so now I have something to do when I need a break from studying. However, once I figure out a bunch of the basics, I'll be right back in here asking questions (or in the PS forum perhaps) or at doc's site trying to learn something new.

What do I do outside this place? Hmm... I spend a lot of time up at the univ shooting pool or playing raquetball. Other than that, not much...

Well there's this Shelby Mustang and AC Cobra I have access to and this past tuesday I drove 75 miles on a hardpan washboard switchback dust laden logging road pretty much flat out in an 86 jetta...wishing all the while it was one of the above. I'm covered in dust my hair (lots of it) is matted like that of a ferril long-haired cat and 'bout the only thing twigging my interest is if the fuel gauge is accurate and are these brakes really as good as claimed by the manufacturer, because they (the brakes) don't smell all that great as i throw the nose of the vehicle into whatforsome is a death spiral but to me is but a parking spot. Then when I'm really bored i fill my own teeth. So start the drill or fill the tank... i'll meet you there!

IT'S FRIGGIN HARD.... after months of trying i actually skunked the computer allowing no wins out of 20 balls.

I'm still trying to get a blowout though... allowing no hits. 1 hit = 1pt.

Pretty impossible though.

As Lord_Fukutoku noted, these two things (being bored and having nothing to do) do not necessarily go together. I can't remember the last time I had nothing to do. Sometimes, however, the tedium does seem overwhelming, and I guess that qualifies as being bored.

So, what do I do when I'm bored? Well, what do you think I'm doing here right now?

I never work on my site as I opt to doing stupid piddly stuff while thinking how lazy i am, and should be working on my site.

*sigh* ... feh.. oh well.

NNNOOO. i used to be the grand Mastor of that cursed pong game.... looks like i lost all my mad skils. dang... i forgot how fun it was to channel my frustration from the game back into the game and beat the snot out of that sorry digital doobie.

Normally when I'm at work and I get bored I decide to come here. Infact, there is always at least one asylum window open on my work comp...but since I work at a catholic school and you guys tend to do a bit 'o swearing, the fucking blocked it, so now when I get bored I work on my database projects.

Watching movies, drawing, making another cup of coffee, the asylum, playing various computer games and just generally being a prick to people if all of the previous options aren't actually poossible.

We hell, me with no coffee, no computer, no internet access, not even a pencil and paper and I get down right un-fun to be around.
