I found a great program for setting up online photo galleries at SourceForge. Here's the direct address:

It's called Gallery and that's exactly what it makes. You can check out mine at:

It took me about 5 hours of work to upload and organize the 500+ photos I have on there right now. It takes a bit of work and tinkering to set up the program on your server, but it's well worth it. I just can't say enough about how easy this thing as been to use.

The only requirements to run it are PHP4, Apache 1.x, and NetPBM. If you don't have NetPBM on your server you can just download the required binaries from sourceforge and upload them. Cake.

Give it a go, I've had no problems with it thus far.
