Wasn't quite sure where this thread belongs, so figure can't go wrong in the general area.
Ok, in a nutshell, I'm helping out a friend by letting him use some web space. However he is on a MAC, and I have no idea how to tell him to access it.
I didn't want to hit him with a complex FTP program due to the fact that he has NO eperience using web related tools like that, and we're trying to get him up and running asap.
He's a photographer and usually uses some service.
I really didn't want to have to make an upload page for him, just want to give him the keys to the space and let him be.

So are you asking what FTP software is available for mac?
If that's the question, Fetch is my FTP of choice. It's not very complex.

Internet Explorer is probably your best option if you don't want to teach him an FTP program. Just have him bookmark the FTP page and save it's password, if there is a passwod, and then have him drag and drop his files to his folder.

I originally gave him IE instructions before realising he was on a mac, figured that was easiest for him, then he mailed me and said he didn't know how to create a folder~LOL So I made him a folder and then he said he couldn't drag.
I have no idea what he's looking at because I've never used a MAC, and he needs something with zero learning curve.

IE doesn't have a FTP function that I know of on mac. twitch^ tried to get me to upload files that way once and we couldn't figure it out. I don't think that works.
