I've had it happen a couple of times and it's truly a bizarre puzzle, by the time I get Photoshop shut down from the task manager I had 15 help.htm source files open in notepad on the taskbar. I was in the color picker and BOOM! just starts clicking back and forth between picker and the html help. Didn't know where to post this, it ain't your classic Photoshop area thing. Somtimes it just doesn't want to open and won't. Restarts reboots nothing. Give up go back a day later and it's fine... go figure. %-) Not much help... sorry.

I have had the problem between the colorpicker and the help files, I don't know how to fix it though lol. I don't think I have that problem since I upgraded to PS7 though, I only had the problem with PS6 on Win ME.
