Thought I would share this....I am addicted to this game. So I decided to save the replay and put it on my computer hehe.. I dont' know why.. I guess I was bored...

so here it is

I am on the red bike of course hehehe...and check out the wheelie action at the end!!! I even slowed it down for you guys heheh..

Not bad, Max...however, I have a PS2...Grand Turismo...nothing better...

BTW - the times where your rear wheel was in the grass in the corners...in real life, you'd of been gone...not very realistic...

Man, I need to start having some kids so I have an excuse to buy a game system...

no you wouldn't I did planty of track days and ran on the outside...you can run on the grass.. nothing will happen.
I played Riding Spirits on PS2 and that game doesn't even compare to MotoGP for xbox...as soon as you are on the grass you are down... and thats not ture at all...

MOtoGP is probably the most reaslistic motorcycle games I have ever played. YOu really do need to know the idea behind riding motorcycle to actually take those turns correctly. Its very very reaslistc..

Uhmmm...could you then explain to me how the laws of physics are being circumvented here? I mean, first of all, the bikes tires are..well, smooth, right? So, in the curve (bike leaning on the inside), the lines of energy (momentum) are held by the grip of the tires to the pavement...and grass does not give that good of a grip. One would expect some sort of 'kick-out' efect as the tires 'lose' some traction...

At least, that's how a dirt-bike reacts (love dirt-bikes...hehe). And they got big knobbies on...

But...I guess it's not all that important, is it? The graphics were great in the video, must be real sweet on the tele. I don't play bike racing...I'm into car racing...hehe...and Tekken!!

BTW - how did you capture the vid...on your computer? With a TV in cable? Very nicely done, I might add...was a gas to watch...

WebShaman...the tires are slick but they are warmed up to the point that when you throw a pieace of paper on them it will stick like a glue. You will whipe out if you do any power sliding (where your rear tire spin though the turn so you can make it sharper) or trail braking (where you unload your rear tire traction right before the turn by loading the front brakes) It all depends on the angle you are on and speed you are going. On the game sometimes when you hit the grass while you are spinning your rear tire on the turn, the bike will kick back and you do a famous highside (where bike ejects the rider off in the other direction)Also, dont' forget that you lean off the bike so you have more tire traction. There is many things that go on which you know from your dirt bike riding. my buddy has a 250 and that thing is so damn tall my legs don't touch the ground lol (he is 6 something)

As for video capture. I bought TV Wonder video card ($40) plugged it in and plugged in the cable tv and all needed RCA jacks from my enternteinment system. You can watch cable TV on your compnuter while you work, switch channels, record, make captures, record from VCR, pretty much anything you want. I bought it because my friends and I were going to the track a lot this summer and we had lots of footage of us racing and doing some fun stuff heheh...none of us had a digital camcorder so this seemed to be the cool idea ....

Really like the animation on the rider as he falls off...nicely done...

Looks like you are 'having a gas' with that game...

It gets little aggrivating when you are trying to play this race where YOU HAVE TO WIN and all the riders decided to just hunt you and run into you lol...
