Hey,
I use msn.. and there for have a hotmail email adress, wich I only have mail sent to.
because i actulay use another primary email adress. but people still find the need to send it to me there,
anyway I cant login. when I click on the link that msn popup's saying you have X number of emails in your inbox
or when i got to hotmail.com and login .. i cant a page cannot be displayed error
now I've only head this problem since i installed IE5.5 over IE5..
anyone know a fix for this?

now I dont know. but are . http://www.pixel-zone.net/ http://pixeltutorial.cjb.net/ http://pixelation.swoo.net/ all down as well?
because there giving me a Page cannot be displayed error as well

none of those links worked for me...

no advice on the hotmail bit really. all i know is that ever since msn took over my qwest dsl connection i've been miserable. i've never been treated so poorly as a customer in my entire life, god i hate these guys. i'd switch over to at+t cable but i'm afraid they'd notice my illegal cable hookup. it's almost worth giving up cable for better internet service though.

uh but yeah, maybe you should bail on the msn package and go for a straight-forward dial-up account with a local isp.

anyone got any ideas??.... i Mean short of a re-format?

You probbly already thought of this, but have you logged into your hotmail account in the last 30 days?
If not - you may find you don't have one any longer (it happened to me, without warning - I lost all my mail and my contacts).

First off... not every computer problem requires a reformat.

I just logged into Hotmail without any problems although I can't get Outlook to connect to the HTTP server. Sometimes things just don't work until they fix it (go figure).

could also be the settings for the cookies. If they are disabled you will not be able to access hotmail. Just had that problem 5 minutes ago.

I just heard from a co-worker of mine(unreliable) that five major net servers were hacked into and thusly shut down on Monday. IF true this could be residual effects fo that.

hey trigger, right click on tha lil msn figure near tha clock (win9x) and click on MSN Hotmail Inbox and it shuld work, tha same problem u have happened to me, tha link that pops up when u log on (to msn mess.) usually is fuct up n wont work right...peace
