Preserved Topic: So what's funny about technology? (Page 1 of 1)

So just for giggles tomorrow I'm auditioning for a show on TechTV where'd I'd be some sort of comedic type and I need "A 1 minute high-energy monologue/presentation about a phenomenon or aspect of technology that you think is especially funny. Examples include websites, trends, inventions, etc."

I've got a couple of topic ideas (Penis Enlargment Spam and people begging for money on the web) but I need some jokes. I've got a couple of things on the begging for money trend but while Penis Enlargement Spam is funny, I can't really come up with any good jokes regarding it.

Any ideas (anything funny idea with a tech angle appreciated)

On the spam thing, I get giggles when the e-mail tells me I need to upgrade my client. That is, I sometimes get angry spam telling me I really should have a client that shows HTML.

Pfft. Yeah, right.

Penis enlargement? I would settle for something that sorts laundry.
