So, I've got video in. I have a number of capture programs. What I don't have is something that lets me use my moniter as a TV -- taking the video in from my capture card and fullscreening the source at the correct 720x480 resolution. And quite possibly, using proper refresh rates and such or maybe an auto de-interlacing option. Anything that will help my moniter act more like a TV. Fullscreen is most important though.

Anyone got ideas?

okay.. I found an app called WinTV, but the installer doesn't work quite right. It says it's missing a DLL file.

My point is that I've got myself a nice moniter and I've got the tv inputs on my video card. I have something simple that works okay called NSVCAP or "NSV Live Capture" that comes with Nullsoft's NSV Tool package. It works pretty good but does not de-interlace the image, do any sort of refresh syncing with the source, or allow for fullscreen. With those things ignored, it's a nice little app, and I can do without the extra luxories.

I'm, however, not interested in buying a TV. Not even a small one. I don't have room in here anyway.

Which dll file do you need? you could find a couple on the MS website. Or you could update your DirectX files (some video programs need directplay from the directX set).
