I used a service like that once for Rental Property. Didn't find a damn thing. When I was shoping for an apartment, I found a few free books that listed apartments in the area. Gave a nice desciption of it and the rent. There was one called Apartment Guide and Apartment Blue Book, or something like that. Check and see if there are any of those free little guide near newspaper stands that you can grab.
