Emps, thanks for the link. I really admire those WebFX people, but all their code works mainly only on IE. |

Is there any other solution to this, aside from drawing the select box in js? like InI says, too much work for something like that. but if you have a select box and a draggable div, then everytime you drag over the select boxes they will show right through. |

Try using an IFrame. It should overlay most anything since it's another window object behind the scenes. |
