Ok.. I have a page with dragable layer. You click and hold it and you can move it. Now.. it it possible to make a "close" button in that layer so when user clicks on it it will close just that layer?

another thing is.. is it possible to have a link on that same PAGE to open that layer backup?

To "close"/"open" a layer:

document.getElementById('layerid').style.visibility = 'hidden';

(or 'visible')
