Preserved Topic: Saving for the web in 5.5 (Page 1 of 1)

I recently uninstalled Netscape and now whenever i try to save for the web, PS lookes for Netscape but can't find it.(Duh!) I have to click cancel and then I can save, but it is getting annoying to do that every time. Anyone know how to remedey this?

egad. i've never heard of that problem before. when i save for web, it doesn't look for anything...it just saves it. try calling adobe on that one.

If you go to save for the web and look at the bottom of that window under the image preview and file size, it shows your web browser icon (like IE or NS) and it has a drop down menu. If you right click on it it gives you the option to add a new browser to that drop down list. I added NS and then later got rid of it, now it is still there in PS and looks for it every tim I save for the web. I emailed Adobe and have not got anything back yet. Hopefully they can help me with it cause it's getting REALLY annoying.

You could just reinstall it, that would prolly get rid of it.
