OK.........simple question.

How can I reduce file size in PS5 other than to ruduce the image size ?????

EX: I have an image that when flattened is 800k (600 x 400)..........to get it to <100k I have to reduce the size to < 200px in width.

This makes it very difficult to view.

well, well, well, that be your issue. tif and raw are un-compressed formats.

as a stopgat, you can always do a save for web and pick jpeg. aside from that, if you have channels open that aren't the default or if you're in any other mode like cmyk or something of that sort, it won't let you save as a jpeg. check your paths, channels, image mode...you know.
