Hello again,
I recently stumbled across two really nice websites. http://www.dolcecaramella.net/
The design is great!
Another website with GREAT webdesign is: http://www.stunuh.com/graf/remix.html

What program do you think was used to make all of those geometric shapes on dolce?(ex.the squares on the main page and the sideways hexagon in the index section) What program do you think was used to make those popout words at stunah?

Is there a program that can be used to make both of these designs?

Probably either PS, Illustrator, or Freehand (Fireworks).

They're pretty simple shapes. You could do it in any graphics program.

What kind of a f$&*%@g wanker decided to use an image that bloody big and make it a GIF!

447k and 249k for a bloody header images! WTF!

No, that's not good web design, if you do something like that I'll kick you!

As for the images, their not really anything special. Well, the colours of the first site were good but that's about all. The style's kinda done to death now and I've also seen it done a heap better than that.

As for the image on the second site, looks like a 3D asian character pasted over a collarge of real-life photography of grafitie.

All of those images could have been done in a number of different programs. PS, PSP, Photopaint, PS elements, Gimp who knows. But I'm dead certain the asian character was done in a 3D program cause of the really poor cut-n-paste job (look at the jaggies round the edges) and the facets can be seen. So, I'm also going to say that it was a low end 3D program like blender or strata.

um. yup.

both of those pages are *terrible* design examples, and both sets of images could easily have been produced by various programs, including - most notably - photoshop.

ick.

Wooow....you know,you are absolutely right. I can see the poor cut and paste job,and I can see the image. I thought it was done on purpose^^;;;;;;;;
