Does anyone know the keyboard shortcut for the Copyright symbol in Photoshop???
How about the Registration mark?

and
option-r

(numbers have to be pressed on numeric keypad)

Actually, it should be (on PC):

© = alt + 0169
® = alt + 0174

on a winX machine, open the Character Map.....
type 'charmap' in the Run menu...

selecting the character gives you the key-combo and dbl-clicking the character inputs that character on the input field, ready for you to cut & paste..
