okie.... let's try this again... shall we?
continued from here..... http://www.ozoneasylum.com/Forum3/HTML/002932.html
flameless this time tho.

here's the rules....

1. You have approximately 30 minutes (try to limit differences by 10 mins, give or take) to do a sketch/painting/model, digital or traditional of the supplied topic.
2. Time dedicated to scanning, uploading, saving, etc, is NOT counted towards the time it takes you to do your entry. Just the time you spent creating it.
3. You can submit as many entries as you want.
4. Much like the monthly sig competitions, the previous winner decides the next topic and the next winner of said topic.
5. Speed painting topics will last from about a week to two weeks. We're still tinkering with the duration limit.
6. Have fun! Obviously there's no way to tell how long you *actually* spent making the image, so this thing runs on an honor system.

Sharma said the new topic was ROBOTS.....

jacethakidd posted this in the last thread..... http://images.deviantart.com/large/indyart/anime/Robo_Fighter.jpg

no other submissions so far.
so..... go paint.

Swavey: You can check out WACOM's site at:
http://www.wacom.com/

As far as "are they worth it?". That all depends on who you ask and how they value it. I have a 6x8 Intuous2 and I love it. At this point I would NOT want to part with my WACOM. Prices vary widely based on model and size and you can buy them right from WACOM but I guarantee that you can find better deals on the net.

I know that it's helped me already in the 2 weeks that we've been doinging this. I look forward to seeing and doing more.

For some reason that makes me think of black sabbath.

I think it's because I made a cover for a copied tape way back when (back when people made copies of tapes rather than downloading mp3's and burning CDs!) that had a similar image though.

Love the green.

Spend more time, asswipe. You've got 30 minutes
