Is speed painting just done with the hard brushes in photoshop, or is there a special brush set required?
.. Like the green creature with the red eye ..

the only rule is that you paint something that looks kinda like the topic, in this case, profiles.
you can use mashed potatoes on the floor if you wish. Any medium goes.
The other rule is that you paint it somewhere around 30 minutes... give or take a few more.
I guess what I am trying to say is that anything goes.
CFB! its.... female... I noticed that only about 2 people have done female paintings.... Good Job mate! I really like that spiky one. Me things you should finish painting it.

And now for something completely different:
Far from 30 minutes: More like 5.
Edit: You did Ruski, and I like it. Out of the three, "frazzetta" was my favorite, then the "random manga girl" then the other one. Very nice. Your obviously very talented.]
[Edit2: Izzay, those are really cool. I abhore drawing with a ballpoint, but you do it justice]

One last post...All done during school with dry erase markers and ball point pen.
I've been drawing comic-stuff lately. It's kinda refreshing from trying to stress myself when drawing from life or using an anatomy book.
