Aight Yall... I been spending alot of time looking at this mofo's work.

I went to the first thread there and have been going backwards through them... all.

So, make a portrait.

Break out a mirror, or a photo if you must. Paint yourself. Or yer dog if you don't have a mirror or a photo. Or anyone else you can stare at for a half of an hour.

The rules are to get into it. I don't care how good or how bad or how much it ends up looking like you, I just want to see your art.
Take more than 30 minutes if you wish.
*Everyone* post a LOT.

Even if you don't think you can... you are wrong.

cool topic. I love those portraits over on concept art. So cool. Not sure long how long before i exceed my bandwidth, but we'll try. portrait. Although i never finished it, this took me longer than 1/2 an hour. Probably more like and hour and 1/2. I actually didn't use PS either. Done in open canvas. Anyone else ever tried it? Simple program, but i like the results.

ps - i actually did this a few days ago, but it fits the topic nicely.

3/4 views can be tough - I went on a 3/4 view binge years back, simply because they were giving me trouble. Now I do them better than other views most of the time

OK, the pencil ones are no 30-minute-works, but rather a 5-6 hours.
The base-painting in oil is about 2 hours.

You might want to erase the last line between the quotes. It's just childish profanity in Swedish referring to the political leader in Sweden.
