Preserved Topic: icons and stuff (Page 1 of 1)

hi peoples,
im doing a very basic design at the moment, and i need little pictures similar to those that webdings and wingdings have.
i need little icons like a caravan, a campfire, you get my gist.
i was wondering if anyone knows of another font that has such text pictures, or a neat little website that has a bunch of these icons?

but there is this problem with me when it comes to drawing... i have this excellent image of what i want in my mind, and what ends up on paper (or the monitor) just doesnt look much like it...
