I give up for today. Can anyone give me some tips on the transparency for an animation?

I really like the motion of the eyes, very cartoon-like.
As for the transparancy, the way I do it is to turn off the background layer just before using save-for-web then clicking transparency and make the matte colour the colour of the background of the forum. I tend to use the darker of the two colours, but I know most of the guys here use a colour in the middle of the two forum colours. Hopefully oone of the experts will fill you in properly, my explenations are a little lacking.

I know it is only going right for now. I didn't want to do the whole thing and find out it wasn't working. I'm going to add the other frames now. As far as follow the mouse, that is a bit beyond me. Hopefully someday I'll learn to do cool stuff like that.

I really wanted to get some green in there somewhere but didn't think it would look good any other way. I thought about making the eyes bloodshot but then it detracts too much from the O's. I want it to be eyes/o's about 50/50. I had some other ideas but didn't develope them very far as this served as a learning experience for me. We'll see what happens in the future.

Blook, great job on the transparency. I really like it as it is, don't change it in my opinion, it's a keeper. I think you've gotten just the right cartoon feel with the white. Is it just me or are those Groucho Mark's eyebrows??
Great job man . . .
