It has good balance (how can you miss with straight lines right?) and pleasant colors but nothing really grabbed me after the splash page. If your site ahd the same pop as the splash, I'd still be there, drooling.

They are very plain compared to the top-side navigation. Also, for some reason, I think there should be some sort of border on the right side. I always hated the inverted L template, but perhaps if you add a 1 or 2 pixel line down the right side it would help. Just my .02 cents.
