I've got sort of site, but I (now) find it a little 'blackish' ...

Anyone has an idea on how could I improve the site aspect ???

The splash page is superfluous, of course, but moreso when you make the "enter" click so difficult to find. Might want to change that.

But in IE it looked good.

Monocromatic Black & White sites always look very sratk and cold. Try adding a colour, but just one, with a low saturation, like a bluish grey or something. Wied splah too??? But overall, not too shabby..
