Hi...
Site is up, critique if you wish. I tested it in IE, NS, and Opera...Only Opera has a small form/css problem. The site uses frames, I gotta clean up the code on some of the site...I used Dreamweaver to code some of the interior pages to save time and get the site up...(ugh DW rapes font and table tags)...but most of the site is hand-coded.

If you see any 404's or other problems, let me know. I'm constantly tweaking it here and there, cleaning it up, and will be adding more content as I go.

The basic idea behind the design is use over looks...Simple navigation and fast loading, "clean". So don't expect complex graphical navigation or bells and whistles (besides a neat gallery php script, thanks Kat). Personally from my "arrogant" point of view, I think it looks swell. But of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I won't slam them for it. (Just had to throw that out there).

It's very clean, yes... though the lack of more colours, or more interesting derivations between the two colours you've chosen makes me unhappy.

Love the flow, etc, but I just want *so much more* in terms of interesting visual accountremonts.

Additionally, the logo is really a drag. I'd do something much different with the typesetting. It's just not as clean as the rest of it, if you can believe that.

Also, I'd try to do more stuff with liquidity in the design. Sure, the background stretches, but your content remains painfully stagnant.

great choose of colors.

why did you make images for 'home' 'about'... i think that could also be done without them. easy hover!

The use of images for nav was simply for the font...and somewhere down the road it will have a different font, one of my own.

twitch, comments were welcome and will be looked at, but I won't make any promises

As for the logo, it's temp...I am currently making my own bitmap font and it will replace the current logo/nav images.

Personally, I *like* the way the text is handled in the middle, draws the eye right to it.

Thanks for the look-see.

That Noah guy gets around for someone who doesn't get around...

I like the design sorta, the monochromatic is dull, an accent color would be really nice. Not recommending a certain color but another would help set it off.

What?! No link to Ozones or the Asylum on your links page?! Heresy! Burn him burn him ...

Otherwise a decent site. Clean and simple design are plusses, but skimpy on content and not much about the site to excite me into revisiting. I'm sure that can be solved over time, though.

Popups *must* DIE!

Well, if you must, but at least position it properly: it comes up off-page to lower left.

Hi...decided to take a lot of your advice. I was playing around and came up with this rough draft...

http://www.gweeble.com/test

The notes section will continue down with text while info on left stays put (I still have a lot to add on left info cell).

guh?

Well, I was happy to see the popup window gone, I also hate those thing, egh. I must say, I kind of missed the 23k intro image, I thought that was a way cool image, I liked it a lot. Overall, I must say I like it, simple, clean, does the job.

Cool, I'm glad you're keepin the image. I got stuck lookin in all the little holeses! Anyway, I think the new page has cleaner lines and balance. *Still* needs an accent color to break it up, although the overall feel is pleasant {)

Sharp, very sharp. The one thing that I noticed most about the most recent change is the background. White is nice, but I think that it would look a little better in a different color. Maybe black since the splash screen has that color in it.

Not really white...more of a dirty white, and I'm spinning the color wheel as we speak...looking for something bluish-white or bluish-grey.

You can always see the first version again in the gallery.

This new /test version is my favorite, to me, it works...And hopefully, i can database the whole thing.

new splash page image...decided to stick with the off-white, any other color seemed to screw it up.

The only thing I didn't like about the site (although I lean with MAX about popup - yuch - I do em' at my dayjob too) is there should be
a tutorial section - man, I'd like to know how some of those 3D effects
were done.
