Preserved Topic: Where do you make ur sig? (Page 1 of 1)

What program does everyone use for making sigs? I can see in this forum that I'm way out of my league here. I was hope to get feed back on these two sig I worked up real quick. I can see that I will be needing some time and work to save any more embarrassment.

hmm embarrassment??.

i generally mark out mi sigs along the foreshore using two bent sticks and one of those giant novelty combs. after thats done a helicopter is hired for some aerial photography and to balance things out i like to spend a week or three in Paris, just soaking things up. when i get home, unpack, shower, make a few calls i go to mi studio, turn on the computer and open Photoshop, completely forgetting everything thats happened previously and just hack something up =)

Weedah's lying. There is a direct electronic from his brain into the computer. I'm sure of it...

Anyway, I use PhotoShop 5.0 and I'll fire up blender now and then for fun. I hear paint shop pro is good too, but I've never tried it.

Anyway, I'll repeat my comments on your sig. Lose the background and keep the letters and you might have something there. I sure hope you kept the .PSD

which one do YOU use?

I have PSP (Paint Shop Pro) which is what I used for my sig. I have used it for years so it's what I am use to.


I also have PS .... however due to how hectic my life is right now with classes and the
bar exam so near... I just haven't had time to get into PS as much as I would like.

Sometimes I too feel so useless here. I just hand out black pills and post here and there....I wonder if that's really enough to pay my cell rent here....sigh

My sig and my knowledge of graphics is nothing compared to most here... but I've met some awesome people... I have fun...and yes still learning cool stuff.

I use PS. It just looks like alot of stuff is done in Max around here. Like the juggling act. I made this one day just screwing around and I can't figure out how I got that glassy look. Anyone got some back-up for me? And no I didn't save the psd file....a lesson well learned.

hmmm. that may be a very embarrasing question, but as my english isnt very good..... what exactly is a 'mop' ?
otherwise, i cant get vp's joke...

Mop = rope on a stick or sometimes a sponge on a stick

Mop ........what you use once you sweep


You wet it with Spic N Span or some cleaner of your choice and once you sweep your floor you *mop* it clean


However.........around here that mop and it's stick/handle are used with a pear or other things when they get low on their meds or bored
