I like it, but it kinda reminds me of a banner ad (probably just the dimensions).

Yep... and tone it down a bit man.... it's pretty bright.
I'm not too sure I like that eye.

I like the eye but I think it's a bit banner'ish looking. I like the blue font in the background also
