Hi - I just wanted to know what you guys think about SVG (Scaleable Vector Graphics). DO you think it has a future except being just another standard according to W3C? Did you come across some site built with SVG?

I've done some work with SVG. I think that Adobe needs to get the SVG plugin installation simplified. It scares people that are computer illiterate to install something new on their computers. They need for it to prompt for installation then install itself invisibly.

If that were the case then I think SVG would catch on quicker.

once svg support is integrated into the built-in installations of nn and ie, it'll become standard. as it is, it's just another really, really, really good idea that isn't catching on.
