Preserved Topic: Been marking up HTML to long when... (Page 1 of 1)

You type out an assignment in word and you mark up your italic and bold copy with HTML tags and you don't realise until you e-mail your draft (in word form) to your lecturer for a quick review....

Quite honestly, once you know HTML and CSS, there's hardly any reason to ever use MS Word again =)

(unless it's required by the teacher, which always makes me mad...)

heheh, I did this yesterday to my boss, he didn't think it was funny at all :P

Jeez. I don't even want to talk my typos with < and > when typing regular stuff. Everything seems to begin with <p>.

I was doing a project for school this year and had to make a survey. Well, I had to print out the survey code and re-type it up and all of that sh!t. Anyways, I was doing that at the same time that I was typing up my referances page and typed my referances page in JavaScript, printed it out, turned it in to the teacher the next day and got it back a week later with a dazed look on my teachers face (she is very computer illiterate). I got marked down from an A- to a C+ for that!
