Other BG... By the way, I found the font at Famous fonts, which is a very nice site if you're looking for a movie font.

Ok, I have come to the conclusion that I have NO talent in painting.

I like the simplicity of just having text, and maybe a smal picture next to it...kinda like Mahjqa's. Then again Mahjqa has yet to turn out a bad sig in my memory.

(Interesting. That wasn't the impression I got, especially from his "be back later." And he must be referring to a movie I'm not familiar with...

But my original point had more to do with the fact that we generally only post sigs created especially for the contest, not sigs that we are already using, so it doesn't really matter whether or not it fits the bill...

Then again, I'm not judging this, so I'll just shut up now. )

Suho1004: Yes I nearly deleted it but I'll let someone else decide that one:

1. If the name is related to the move The Mask then I can't see the link.

2. Its recycled so isn't eligible under any variation of the rules

I like the smaller version, but it looks like you might be having some problems with transparency...

Also, what about not cutting off the shoulder on the right? I think it would look less boxy that way. I do like the sig, and it obviously fits your name very well.

yep, I agree.

lose the black corner, add the shoulder back in, use the small one =)

well I'm not totally pleased with this .. but it's functionable

[edit: hmmm the bg is coming out alittle darker then it should be .. which is very odd .. and another thing is .. it slows down .. which isn't in my specs .. hmmmmmm]

Ramm; may I ask from which movie this is? it only reminds me of one of the ooold, old interfaces doc used to have. Also, if you want to cut out the background from your gif, follow the instructions here in the :FAQ:

the trouble is I have many layers I'm working with so it's not just a simple bg problem so I'm going to start from scratch .. and I was just making my own movie front .. but even then I didn't get what I wanted out of it .. so I'm going to work from scratch

Hey, I remember that movie. It's still one of the great examples of stop-motion animation in the early years that I've seen.
