Topic awaiting preservation: Free web design courses (Page 1 of 1)

I was just alerted to another British (possibly Europe-wide) service offering good quality course cheap and free. An earlier (and still current) one is:

which offers web design, computing, etc. courses at significant reductions to that offered by private training firms (often 20 times cheaper according to some people I've talked to).

This one already offers an impressive range of free courses (you'll need to register to see the full list):

Although this might only be open to Brits (and pos. Europeans) I'm also opening up the floor for people to throw in other links to other providers of these good basic skills in the web design, graphics, computing field so lets see your links (we'll compile them at some point into an easy to digest list). Prefereably provided free or cheap from government/educational groups (as we already have sections in the FAQ for links to tutorials on various subjects and the courses are on a broader/fundamental basis - although clearly the dividing line is blurry ).

Web design realy suck! You need to be infographist or to get some art information with some good knowlege with computer science and some little programmation skill to do web design....

Not for people who are interested. I'm loving it. I love designing and having my own work on screen. That's what we're learning now in TAFE. It's so cool. The lecturer even gave us 30 minutes break when our previous lecturer only gave us 10 mins. minimum.
